Customer FAQs

We are a curated marketplace, brining you a range of unique pieces from handpicked sellers. 

We are purely an online marketplace, based in UAE. 

We ship to all GCC countries including UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain. 

If your country is not on the list, please reach out to us at support@polkallama.com to see if we can accommodate your order. 

 

We encourage customers to directly message the sellers, with any questions they might have. 

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard and Visa.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

Each one of our sellers is individual and unique, and that includes their delivery time too! To get a better idea of delivery timelines, check out the Shipping & Returns section on each item page. 

Orders typically take 1-2 business days to be processed, and 1 business day to be delivered.

Deliveries s to other GCC countries is approximately 5 working days from the time of placing your order. 

We give our sellers the option to ship their items themselves, and delivery time would depend on their shipping provider. To get a better idea of each item’s delivery timelines, check out the Shipping & Returns section on each item page.

If your order contains items from different sellers, each shipment will arrive separately as they are coming from different sources.

If your order contains items from different sellers, you will be charged for delivery per seller, as the items are coming from different sources.

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number to track the order.

We take pride in the work of our sellers, some items being handmade, others made to order. That is why we have given our sellers the freedom to decide on the best return policy that suits the nature of their items. For cancellations, please reach out to support@polkallama.com to cancel your order, however please bear in mind that once an order has been dispatched it cannot be canceled.
