We designed our Mandala Yoga Mat with the words of strength, growth, love, compassion & eternity in mind, and each design element has a meaning behind it. The shape in the middle is our take on the Celtic knot symbol for love. There are diamonds to symbolize our strength, uniqueness and how we're all a little rough around the edges. The dots represent different stages of life, and the multiple borders represent barriers, which we break free from. The blooming lotus on a stem symbolizes growth, and the stars up top represent hope and eternity. Fun fact: Mandala means circle, and it symbolizes unity and harmony.

This was the primary inspiration behind the Lotus yoga mat, as well as the 4 elements of nature (fire, water, air, earth), which has been incorporated into the design. Fun fact: In the yoga world, the lotus flower is a symbol of spiritual awakening.
